This fabric if soft and stretchy but easily stands on its on, giving this tank a padded shoulder look, without the pads. This new material is engineered to feel a little like scuba-style neoprene. The fabric has insulated microfibers integrated within, which make it extremely strong and gives the fabric a spongey feel. The fibers are surrounded by a smooth, tight knit polyester. This new and popular fabric is perfect for any time of year, it has great resistance against water, and is good against weathering.
